TOSCOT
Toscot is a lighting company founded in 2001 by Colin Patrick Dinley, who, after completing his studies in England, decided to move to Italy to dedicate himself to artisanal production in this wonderful country.
The company is based in Tuscany, and a large portion of its production is carried out in-house or through local craft workshops within the region. The company’s motto is "made by people": every item is crafted by a specific individual—whose name is known—whether they are working on the glass, the ceramic components, or even the aluminum heat sinkers.
This approach, ethically satisfying also plays a crucial role in the quality control of every single piece.
Production focuses primarily on the use of various types of clay, selected according to the intended application—whether for indoor or outdoor lighting. Although the methods are strictly artisanal, Toscot places great emphasis on technical aspects and solutions.
Currently, Toscot exports a large part of its production to over 30 countries in the world
