Maria joined ZHA Architects in 2024, bringing a unique combination of architectural and engineering expertise. Educated in architecture at Central Saint Martins, University of the Arts London, and civil engineering at the University of Surrey, she contributes to ZHA’s research-led design approach through an integrated understanding of spatial design and technical performance.

Her project experience includes the Audi Pavilion at Salone del Mobile, Milan, and the Asaan Museum in Diriyah, Saudi Arabia, where she played a key role in shaping visitor journeys and developing immersive experiences through digital content and material strategies. She has also contributed to the early interior design concept development for the Vertex Hotel.

Maria’s work is driven by a strong interest in material innovation, visual communication, and emerging digital design workflows, helping to create engaging, future-focused environments across cultural, hospitality, and brand experiences.
